Step 2: Get Proxy using myproxy-logon

Note:From now on, we will just show the command line on the SSH window!

Use the myproxy-logon command, enter your default TeraGrid user portal password, that you received with your password sheet. That will get you a temporary proxy from the TeraGrid MyProxy server to be stored on your home directory.

 tg-login1 ncsa/ag> myproxy-logon -T
 Enter MyProxy pass phrase:
A credential has been received for user ag in . . .
Trust roots have been installed in /home/ncsa/ . . .
 tg-login1 ncsa/agopu>

Step 3: Use gsissh to logon to Big Red using the proxy

Use the proxy you just created to login to Big Red.

 tg-login1 ncsa/agopu> gsissh login.bigred.iu.teragrid.org
